Specializing in landscapes and seascapes, I paint what is beautiful and uplifting in the world around me.  My art is intensively impacted by my travels and the places I have lived. Born in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, I developed a deep appreciation and love for nature. In university I studied in Rome, Italy, and there my deep passion and love for the arts began.  Since then, my husband and I have traveled and moved to numerous places throughout Europe including Tuscany and the garden of England- Kent. 

Towing our amiable and adorable son along with us, we moved to the Seychelles Islands, in the middle of the Indian Ocean.  While living on this small, intensely beautiful island, I captured every detail of the swaying palms trees, pristine beach, and turquoise sea.  I fell deeply in love with the ocean and continue to paint it consistently.
